Humanity as a motive and purpose

Introduction

We all have differing finger prints, lifestyles, habits, needs and dreams, everything different except one thing that we all share in common – we are all a part of one human kind, we are all people. In between the past and the future, we are the ones who can affect the present – here and now, consciously, conscientiously and before all humanely.

What is humanity, if not the conditions in which our families, friends, neighbours, those who we know and do not know, all those who live and are connected in one long sequence.

Can we be satisfied with ourselves, if we are not satisfied with what we see and hear around us? Can we be completely happy, or proud of ourselves, if we are successful in our jobs and have accumulated riches and created comfort for ourselves, if we have provided safe future for our children only? In what presence do we live if we are deaf, blind and senseless to other people’s troubles, and what future will our children live in if we pass on the flaws of the present?

We need nothing more than a clear humane benevolence, nothing more than a simple mind and a sense of wakefulness in order to understand that it takes so little to help, so little for us to be able to show the better and nicer within us.

The volunteer team of the Foundation T-Mobile for Macedonia, in line with the corporate citizenship principles of Т-Mobile, as well as within our personal commitments individually, is clearly focused to helping extend and connect the circle of humanity and in contributing to a better tomorrow and a safer today.
